Installing maximum solar PV capacity on the roof with zero incidents
The biggest challenge JLanka as an EPC contractor for the project had to face was to install maximum solar power PV capacity on their roof. Our highly skilled designers were able to install solar modules on different facades of Alpex Factory in order to maximize the roof space and avoid unnecessary costs.
Since this project was in the heart of Colombo, the main challenge was to execute the project with zero negative incidents. JLanka bought in 100% support and teamwork from all the stakeholders, which helped to deliver a satisfied project implementation.
A premium energy solution that generates more energy than expected
We at JLanka believe in going beyond expectation and striving to achieve the best for our clients, providing them with our skilled expertise and quality service. A feat that was evident when the actual energy output of the system was higher than that pledged. Our clients were able to obtain over 2% more from the energy output than expected, due to the meticulous planning and careful management of this project, two areas in which our team of experts excel.
Annual Environmental Savings
SolarEdge provides module-level electronics for solar power harvesting and monitoring for residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar.
Trina Solar provides the highest standards of quality for PV systems with high-caliber production paving the way to become the first PV company to earn UL’s Client Test Data Program Certification.
The highest quality output that could influence the Energy output and adapt to any environment
A system capacity of 207 kWp supplied by a roof top on-grid system, made up of 647 x 320W TrinaSolar Multi Crystalline Modules and 7 x 27.6kW Solar Edge Inverters results in this system being capable of supplying nearly 100% of the facility’s day time electricity consumption.
Due to the design flexibility of the J Lanka’s selected technology for this project, the client could benefit the maximum solar PV capacity on their rooftop by avoiding technical limitations accompanied with.
Alpex has the ability to remotely access and monitor the performance and delivery of the Solar PV system via the monitoring portal provided by JLanka for the installed system. This guarantees 100% transparency and service quality for the Alpex’s investment.
The client assessed the risks associated with solar PV technologies and identified the build-in safety features of JLanka solutions which are ideal to avoid any kind of an hazardous events solar PV would bring.
Reduced O&M Costs
Increased system uptime and pin-pointed issue identification has enabled the client to reduce their maintenance costs with real time monitoring and remote troubleshooting abilities of the solution.
